Jonathan Rushworth retired from partnership at a major City of London law firm where he specialised in company and finance law, and was a member of professional committees, writing and lecturing extensively on legal topics.
He continues to be involved in pro bono legal work, and in charity and history projects, in addition to his long-term work in relational projects, focusing especially on how the corporate world can become more engaged with and answerable to society by focussing on the interests of all stakeholders rather than merely short-term shareholder financial return.
